This is a very pristine example of an early TEC-22/Scorpion made by Intratec, these were engineered more cleverly than the notorious TEC-9 and in turn are much more reliable.  While .22's are generally exempt from the Assault Weapons Ban, this firearm was listed on it by name, making this a pre ban pistol.  The 25-round magazine that is shown in photos does not come with the firearm, however we do have pre ban & post ban magazines available for discounted rates if you decide to bundle it with this purchase.
