This rifle only ever had one owner who purchased it as a Colt Custom Shop build in 1994 before the ban, and had it sitting in a safe ever since.   It is in immaculate condition, showing signs of either never being fired or just being test fired.  This model comes a removal carry handle, as well as a Colt cheek guard.
