Featuring a RIS- Rail Interface System M-LOK/Mil Picatinny Rail 1913; retractable stock; pistol grip with storage; adjustable flip up sights; 90 degree manual safety; functional dust cover; last round bolt hold open and a threaded muzzle 1/2" x 28.  
 
Unlike the plasticky feeling M&P 15-22's, the upper & lower receiver of this firearm are made from high grade aluminum, giving it the same feel as a 5.56 chambered AR-15.
 
This is fully compliant in MA as rimfires are still exempt from the Assault Weapons Ban.  "Evil Features" are free game on this rifle.
